Ajwain Seeds, aka “Carom Seeds” in India, is an annual herb in the family Apiaceae. Its Botanical Name is Trachyspermum Ammi.

Thriving in regions like Rajasthan, and Gujarat. A few flakes of carom seeds are enough to dominate the flavor of the dish. Popularly known as Ajma in India, it holds its importance in Ayurveda and Unani medicine.
